Hello, this is the page about the debut album by a Finnish pop band called Goodnight Monsters. The album is called "The brain that wouldn't die" and they made it all by themselves.
But who are they? Goodnight Monsters are two young men from Turku, Finland : Matti Jasu and Valtteri Virtanen.Matti (22 years old) and Valtteri (21 years old) wrote, played
and recorded the whole album in Matti's home studio with a little help from Matti's girlfriend Essi on singing in track 3. They can also make it a live band with some support from their musical friends.

The boys wanted to make music to sound like nothing else particulary. Some might say that you can hear their influences from Teenage Fanclub, BMX Bandits and Flipper's Guitar to Beach Boys and Flaming Lips shine through their music, but that's not a bad thing, right?
